Not exactly what I expected

Unexpectedly friendly staff and a lovely river view made my stay enjoyable. The breakfast omelet station was a delightful surprise, providing a delicious start to the day.

Limited parking during busy times led to a frustrating experience, and I noticed some noise from the HVAC units that disrupted my sleep.

Riverside views, Modern comfort, Accessibility to Riverwalk

Noisy HVAC units made for a sleepless night!!! Some rooms felt cramped and outdated, giving an uncomfortable vibe!!! Parking limitations could create a hassle during busy times!!!

We really enjoyed the cooked-to-order breakfast with delicious omelets and the welcoming atmosphere created by the friendly staff. The small breakfast area was always quiet, making for a pleasant morning experience.

Autumn visits are lovely here! The river view from my room was divine and took my breath away. Plus, the location is simply unmatched with easy access to the falls and Riverwalk. Just lovely!

Only downside was the shower, it had more pressure than my morning espresso!

I had a delightful stay with easy access to the Idaho Falls River Walk and friendly staff who made my mornings special with delicious made-to-order omelets.

The vibrant bikes were a fun bonus for exploring, and I was blown away by the hotel’s stunning remodel—totally transforms the vibe!

Felt very well looked after, no complaints at all.

Overall, the stay was enjoyable with a beautiful view of the river, though the parking was a bit tricky at times. The breakfast offered a made-to-order egg station which was impressive, but some housekeeping aspects left a bit to be desired. Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable.

The views from our room were nothing short of breathtaking, directly overlooking the beautiful Snake River. I also loved starting my day with the hotel's amazing made-to-order omelet bar, where the friendly staff served freshly...  

The made-to-order breakfast was the best part! Fresh omelettes and homemade banana bread were a delightful surprise. The only bummer was the noise from the street late at night. 🌟

The stay was delightful, especially with the fresh made-to-order omelettes at breakfast. Being close to the beautiful river trail was a huge plus for our family, allowing us to enjoy some lovely walks. We appreciated the cleanliness and the helpful staff, who went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed during our visit. However, the bathroom felt a bit cramped and finding a breakfast table was challenging since it was busy.

The staff's quick resolution of issues contributed to a pleasant stay despite the ongoing renovations outside. However, the pricing felt a bit elevated for the overall experience, considering the motel-like setup.

The front desk staff were rude and unaccommodating. I was initially given a small room with a bathroom that felt cramped and undesirable. After insisting on a change, I received a better room, but the treatment I received was disappointing, especially after tipping the staff for assistance. Their dismissive attitude really left a bad impression.
